Minimal Modern Farmhouse

An exercise in efficiency, we aimed to support the needs of a family of five in less than 2,500 square feet.

The stairway was critical in dividing the public and private spaces of the home. Four bedrooms upstairs along with a laundry allowed for big spaces on the main floor — perfect for gathering and entertaining.

Sleek, stained, vertical shiplap appears throughout the house — the fireplace, kitchen island, barn door, vanities, built-ins for desks, and the TVs carry this themed detail into every room.
